R&V Kennels, LLC raises pointing Labrador retrievers in Kenly, North Carolina, situated in Johnston County about 35 miles southeast of Raleigh. Richard Mccullough founded the kennel in 2013, though the family's connection to Labradors stretches back to the 1980s.

The program's focus is the pointing Labrador, a line selected for the natural instinct to point upland birds in addition to traditional retrieving work.
