Provision Ranch

Provision Ranch, Wagyu cattle, Van Buren, AR, is located in the Arkansas River Valley near Fort Smith. The ranch has bred Wagyu for more than a decade, following American Wagyu Association standards and conducting annual health and genetic screenings. Owners Mark McGill and Hannah McGill focus on natural pasture grazing and daily interaction to support calm temperaments and robust growth.

Calves spend their first months in open pastures, where they learn herd behavior and benefit from shelter barns during winter. Regular handling ensures that cattle remain accustomed to people, making sales and transport less stressful. The ranch also offers educational farm visits, giving local families a chance to learn about sustainable livestock practices.
