Piney Highlanders

Piney Highlanders raises Scottish highland cattle in Piney Flats, Tennessee, just outside of Johnson City in the heart of East Tennessee. Morgan Revoir and her husband Zach started the fold in 2021 after moving onto a multi-generational family farm that has supported livestock and agriculture since the early 1900s.

The couple has grown their herd considerably since those early days, and their program now centers on AHCA-registered Scottish highland cattle for sale in Tennessee, with a focus on expanding genetics through an embryo transplant program using Angus surrogates. Morgan brings a lifelong background in livestock, including years showing registered shorthorn cattle growing up on the farm.

Piney Highlanders also produces USDA-certified highland beef and opens the farm to visitors through guided tours, giving guests a close-up look at the herd and the land behind the operation.
