Palladino's Cavaliers of Upstate NY has been raising Cavalier King Charles spaniel puppies in Avoca, New York for over 30 years. The program is run by Tyre Palladino and centers on home-raised dogs in a country setting in the Southern Tier region, roughly 20 miles from Corning.
