Oaklawn

Oaklawn, American Hairless terrier and Pointer breeder, is located in Spring Hill, FL, on the Florida Gulf Coast near Tampa.

Oaklawn is led by Cassie Pingel, who follows the standards of national kennel clubs and performs breed-specific health screening for hips, eyes and cardiac function. She maintains memberships with national breed clubs and contributes to ongoing health research. Puppies and adult dogs live in a family home where they benefit from daily interaction and supervised playtime.

Litters are socialized from birth with gentle handling and exposure to everyday household activities. The farm-like setting includes secure fenced areas and regular enrichment to support both physical health and temperament. The terriers have affectionate temperaments and minimal grooming needs, while the pointers receive basic field training to encourage natural retrieving instincts. Several dogs from Oaklawn have earned field titles and serve as devoted companions in therapy work.
