Nicole Sorensen

Nicole Sorensen, dairy goats, Waco, Texas. Based in central Texas near Austin, she has been raising goats for over a decade, holds memberships in the American Dairy Goat Association and the Texas Goat Breeders Association, and maintains routine health screenings and genetic testing. Her goats live on over twenty acres of open pasture with custom-built shelters, and her approach to early kid socialization and daily handling supports calm temperaments and easy integration into family herds. She combines careful pedigree selection with practical traits, and several of her does have ADGA titles for udder quality and structural soundness while showing low-maintenance performance.

The farm’s small herd size supports individualized care, a mineral-rich feeding program, antibiotic-free management and sustainable pasture rotation to promote soil health. During kidding season she personally monitors nutrition, dehydration prevention and kid weight gain to ensure a strong start for each animal.
