Meldrim Meadows

Meldrim Meadows Farm has been raising registered Highland cattle in Central Square, New York since 2003. Bruce and Margaret Meldrim operate the farm in Oswego County, roughly 20 miles north of Syracuse, and their herd has been a consistent presence at Northeast Highland Cattle Association shows as well as the New York State Fair.

The farm raises its highlands on pasture without hormones, antibiotics, or stimulants, and produces both registered breeding stock and pasture-fed beef. Meldrim Meadows has also been recognized by the New York Beef Producers Association as a Beef Farm of Excellence, reflecting a long-standing commitment to natural, low-input cattle management.
