Meadowlakefarm

Meadowlakefarm breeds Yorkshire terriers in Newborn, GA, Newton County near Atlanta, and is overseen by Sheryl Oechsle. She has been breeding Yorkshire terriers for more than ten years in a family-oriented program and follows guidelines recognized by national kennel clubs.

Each adult dog is screened annually for patellar luxation and receives eye exams through a partner veterinary clinic. Puppies live indoors with family members, receive daily socialization and enjoy safe playtime in secure, fenced outdoor spaces. By combining gentle handling and exposure to varied household sounds, each pup learns to adapt to busy family life. Meadowlakefarm hosts informal temperament assessments and arranges pre-adoption wellness checks with a nearby veterinarian.

Some bloodlines include conformation and performance achievements that appear in official kennel club records. Regular photo and milestone updates help families connect with their puppy’s development until it is old enough to join its new home.
