Mcdottie Dalmatians has been raising dalmatians in Lebanon, Pennsylvania since 1990, when the program began with a dog named McDottie Black Stars. Jennifer Sudbury runs the kennel, which sits in Lebanon County near Hershey and Harrisburg, making it a accessible source for dalmatian puppies in central Pennsylvania.
