Michael and Laurie have been raising Scottish Highland cattle for over a decade, registering each calf with the American Highland Cattle Association and performing regular health screenings. Their herd grazes across rolling pastures of mixed grasses, ensuring a balanced diet and strong immune systems.

The cattle are raised in family hands, acclimated to gentle handling from birth and turned out in open barns with access to wooded shelter.
