Tim Scheer brings a fourth-generation farming background to the operation. Raised on his family's hog farm, he later expanded onto land acquired from a neighboring property and grew the farm to encompass more than 300 acres of farmland in the Missouri River valley.

The farm's cattle program centers on fullblood Wagyu genetics, with the herd traceable to Japanese origins.
