Mad-Kettle Farm

Mad-Kettle Farm raises Dexter cattle in Stephens City, Virginia, serving Frederick County and the Shenandoah Valley near Winchester. Tim and Brenda Kettlewell have dedicated years to breeding Dexters in line with breed association guidelines and maintain health testing protocols for genetic conditions common in the breed. Their herd of gentle, small-framed cattle grazes on managed pastures and receives balanced feed crafted for appropriate weight and muscle development. All herd members are registered with the American Dexter Cattle Association, and regular veterinary checkups, hoof trimming, and parasite management are part of routine care.

Cattle on the farm are handled daily from birth to foster a calm disposition and early socialization.
