Lori grew up on a small sheep farm in northern Wisconsin and first came to Nigerian dwarf goats after encountering them at the Minnesota State Fair, which set the direction for the farm she and her husband Michael would eventually build together.

The farm focuses on show-quality Nigerian dwarf goats registered with the American Dairy Goat Association. The herd is annually tested for CL, CAE, and Johne's disease, and kids leave with age-appropriate vaccines, preventative care, and tattoos. Does are selected with an eye toward milking performance, and the farm participates in ADGA's Advanced Registry milk-testing program to document production traits.

Beyond the goat program, Clover Dreams Farm uses milk from its own herd to produce small-batch goat milk soap, handling every step on-site from milking through curing and packaging.
