Lindoria

Lindoria breeds mini LaMancha, Nigerian dwarf and LaMancha goats in Burnside, KY, serving Pulaski County and the Lake Cumberland region near Lexington. Established by Dorinda Oakes, the farm has over a decade of experience and participates in American Dairy Goat Association programs, with regular health testing and herd evaluations. Each goat is raised in pasture-based pens with daily social enrichment to foster gentle temperaments and robust health.

Lindoria’s goats have earned show ribbons at local fairs and have become favorites among hobby farmers and therapy programs. Visitors appreciate the farm’s welcoming atmosphere and the thoughtful guidance offered by its owner. Goats are checked daily for wellness, with hoof trimming schedules and nutritional plans tailored to each breed’s needs. The barn and adjacent paddocks are rotated to maintain fresh forage and reduce stress. Breeding goals focus on sound conformation, milk production for mini LaMancha and Nigerian dwarf does, and the distinctive ear shape of LaManchas.
