Liberty Springers & Cavaliers

Liberty Springers & Cavaliers breeds Cavalier King Charles spaniels and English Springer spaniels in Boyds, MD, Montgomery County and the Washington area. Jo Keith has been breeding since the early 2000s with litters registered through the American Kennel Club. The kennel follows breed club health testing guidelines for heart, eye and hip conditions.

Puppies grow up in a home setting with daily social interaction, exposure to household activities, gentle handling and supervised outdoor play. Several dogs have earned conformation titles and participated in therapy work with senior care communities. Adult dogs enjoy daily exercise on spacious fenced grounds and access to walking trails. New families receive ongoing guidance on nutrition, training and social development. Puppies receive initial vaccinations, microchip identification and basic training before joining their new families, and ongoing health support is offered through the breeder’s small family farm approach.
