The program is built around a cooperative production model: a network of roughly 45 cooperator herds, representing over 12,000 breeding females, raises the bulls while Leachman supplies breeding, selection, and marketing services. Over 75% of cooperator calf crops are AI sired, and an additional portion are produced via embryo transfer.
