Lacy's Red Angus

Lacy's Red Angus raises red Angus cattle in Drexel, Missouri, situated in the west-central part of the state roughly an hour south of Kansas City. The operation is led by Dan and Kelly Lacy and carries decades of experience producing balanced, pasture-efficient cattle.

The cow herd is built largely around daughters of proven sires CCF Gold Bar 0251 and 5L Signature 5615, females selected for good milking ability, easy fleshing, correct udder structure, and sound feet and legs. Phenotype and structural integrity are consistent priorities throughout the program.

Lacy's Red Angus also maintains an embryo transfer program centered on their most proven females. Donor cows are flushed annually, then bred back and returned to the herd to deliver their own calves naturally. The operation has participated in the National Western Stock Show, with bulls from the program appearing in NWSS Pen of Bulls classes. Semen from select sires has been made available through industry partners, reflecting the broader recognition those genetics have received among commercial and seedstock producers seeking red Angus for sale in Missouri and the surrounding region.
