Knightwood

Knightwood raises ragdoll cats in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a program run by Nancy Lee Cathcart out of her home in northeastern Indiana, roughly an hour from both Indianapolis and Toledo.

Knightwood is registered with TICA, and Nancy has been working with the breed for over 25 years with a focus on conforming to the ragdoll standard, sound health, and temperament. All adults in the program have been genetically tested and carry clear results for HCM, PKD, and FIV.

The cattery is intentionally kept small, with only a handful of registered adults and one to two litters produced per year. Kittens are born and raised in the home, not in cages, and are socialized alongside adults, children, and dogs — a setup designed to give each kitten individual attention before going to a new family.
