Keystone Ranch

Keystone Ranch is a Wagyu breeder in Klamath Falls, OR, serving Klamath County and the Southern Oregon Cascades near Medford. Jamie Jackson and Karlie Jackson have been raising Wagyu cattle for over ten years with membership in the American Wagyu Association and regular genetic health screening. Their cattle graze on irrigated grasslands, rotating pastures to support soil health, and calves are gently introduced to handling and basic training from an early age.

The ranch sits on land settled by the Jackson family nearly a century ago, and detailed pedigrees trace back three generations of cattle. A modest herd size allows close attention to individual animals and transparent communication about lineage and husbandry practices. During winter months, the cattle have access to open-sided barns with straw bedding and mineral feeders that support steady growth and overall wellness. Their approach balances careful genetic selection with low-stress handling to promote both quality and animal welfare.
