KB Alpacas

KB Alpacas has been raising huacaya alpacas in Wilmington, Ohio since 2006, when Kim and Brad DeLaney established their ten-acre farm in Clinton County, about 45 minutes southwest of Columbus. The program has built a strong show record over nearly two decades, earning recognition as the 2024 and 2022 Huacaya Small Farm Breeder of the Year, as well as a spot on the 2022 AOA Top Ten Small Huacaya Farm list.

Breeding stock at KB Alpacas traces back to national champion bloodlines, with the herd sire roster having included multiple title holders across grey, black, and rose grey color classes. Daily hands-on care is central to how the farm operates, and the animals are described as trained and manageable alongside their strong fleece credentials.
