Stone Arch Meadows Farm raises miniature Hereford cattle in Westminster, Maryland, situated northwest of the city near the Pennsylvania border — roughly an hour north of Baltimore. Jay and Susan Belt started the operation in 2015 with a focus on smaller cattle breeds well suited to working-scale family farms.

In addition to miniature Herefords, the herd includes Aberdeen Angus and Dexter cattle. The farm uses artificial insemination to continually improve herd genetics, and the Belts hold memberships in the American Hereford Association, the Miniature Hereford Breeders Association, the American Aberdeen Association, and the American Dexter Cattle Association.
