Janelle Newby, Nigerian dwarf goats, Clinton, Arkansas, Van Buren County and the Ozark Mountains near Little Rock. She has maintained a small herd for over a decade and is a member of national dairy goat associations. Her herd undergoes routine health screenings for parasites and metabolic disorders, and each doe is evaluated for kidding history.

Kids are born on pasture and raised with daily handling to foster gentle, curious temperaments. Feeding plans include premium hay, grains tailored to each life stage, and mineral supplements to support lactation and healthy growth. Does and bucks live in well-ventilated barns with access to outdoor runs, ensuring comfort in all seasons. Visitors often comment on the farm’s peaceful atmosphere and the goats’ friendly nature during farm tours and 4-H events. The farm uses rotational grazing and natural browse, allowing goats to forage under oak and hickory trees.
