Jaime Walker has been raising chihuahuas in Piqua, Kansas, roughly two and a half hours south of Kansas City, for around 18 years under the name Cute As A Cupcake Chihuahua's and Frenchie's. French bulldogs round out the program alongside the chihuahuas. All puppies are AKC registered.

A particular focus of the program is color, with merle patterns a consistent goal alongside chocolates, blues, blacks, and pied coats. Breeding stock is selected for apple-head conformation, structure, and temperament, and the program works with champion lines, including at least one fourth-generation bred-by dog who earned his AKC championship title.

Health testing is a central part of how Jaime manages her dogs. Males carry OFA/CHIC certification for heart, eyes, and patellas as recommended by the Chihuahua Club of America, and females are vet-checked prior to breeding with cardiac and patella evaluations on record.
