Horizon Labradors

Horizon Labradors has been raising AKC-registered Labrador retrievers in Canon, Georgia since 2001, making it one of the longer-running Labrador retriever breeders in northeast Georgia. Tammy Boleman runs the program out of Hart County, about 40 minutes north of Athens, in a small rural community well suited to raising working and family-oriented dogs.

The breeding stock draws from English champion lineage, and the program has developed multi-generational lines over the years, with some lines now reaching their third, fourth, and even ninth generations. Through selective breeding across those generations, the focus has remained on sound temperament, working ability, and the classic look of the English Labrador retriever type. All parent dogs carry AKC registration.

Puppies are backed by a hip dysplasia guarantee tied to OFA evaluation standards, and each litter receives a scheduled vaccination series beginning at six weeks.
