Hobby Horse Farm raises belted Galloway cattle in Paradise, Utah, a small agricultural community in Cache Valley roughly 30 minutes north of Logan. Richard and Emily Williams are members of the Belted Galloway Society and have tended their herd on 20 acres for about 30 years.

The farm produces both red-and-white and black-and-white belted Galloways, offering a range of color genetics uncommon among belted Galloway breeders in Utah. Their program focuses on breeding stock, and they also supply registered bull semen from bulls raised on the property.
