Hidden Cattle Cove Homestead, run by the Fleming family, raises miniature jersey cattle in Dunlap, Tennessee, in the heart of the Sequatchie Valley about 30 miles northwest of Chattanooga.

The operation is a genuine working homestead, and the family's goal has always been to produce miniature jerseys for sale in Tennessee that other families can use to start or grow their own homesteads. The herd has been registered with the American Miniature Jersey Association & Registry, LLC for over 17 years, and the farm also maintains a few animals registered with the Miniature Jersey Herd Book and Registry.

The homestead is a family affair across generations. The Fleming family has grown considerably over the years, and the youngest members of the household have taken an active role in keeping the operation running and continuing to expand it.
