Hiatt Farms is a breeder of miniature Jersey cattle in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region near Denver. Annie Hiatt has raised miniature Jersey cattle for over a decade, participating in the American Miniature Cattle Association and upholding strict health testing protocols.
