Hampton Family Pups

Hampton Family Pups is a German shepherd dog breeder in Trade, Tennessee, serving northeast Tennessee and the Tri-Cities near Johnson City. Garrett Hampton has more than a decade of experience and follows breed club guidelines, including regular hip and elbow evaluations and screening for inherited eye conditions, to promote long-term health.

Puppies are raised in a family environment with daily socialization alongside children and other household pets. Training foundations start in the whelping box, with early exposure to basic commands and handling, and all breeding dogs are screened for hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, and inherited eye conditions. Adult dogs enjoy supervised outdoor time and live in clean, climate-controlled indoor areas.

Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and a veterinarian health check before joining their new homes. Each puppy’s temperament is assessed before placement, reflecting a focus on steadiness and trainability, to help ensure it develops lasting bonds and adapts smoothly to family life.
