Hall's Kennel
Hall's Kennel raises German shorthaired pointers, Pomeranians, and rat terriers from a small working farm near the foothills of the Adirondacks, just east of Potsdam, New York. The area sits within the St. Lawrence Seaway Valley, roughly an hour north of Watertown.
Emily Hall operates the kennel on a property that also keeps horses, cows, pigs, chickens, and other farm animals, giving dogs daily exposure to a busy, active rural environment from an early age. The kennel's stated focus is on health, temperament, and conformation across all three breeds.
German shorthaired pointer puppies in northern New York are a core part of what Hall's Kennel produces, with the breed's history at the kennel stretching back at least to the early 2000s based on customer accounts. Pomeranians and rat terriers round out the program, each raised in the same farm setting alongside the GSPs.
