Hal And Renita Moore

Hal and Renita Moore are breeders of German shorthaired pointers in Ooltewah, Tennessee, in southeastern Tennessee near Chattanooga. They follow guidelines of the American Kennel Club’s parent clubs and conduct regular health screening for hips, elbows and eyes to support long-term well-being.

Their pointers are raised inside the family home with daily outdoor exercise, gaining early exposure to varied sights and sounds across a wooded rural setting. From an early age littermates receive gentle handling, basic obedience and introductory field work to build confidence and reinforce natural hunting instincts. They partner with area trainers for supplemental socialization events and encourage new owners to attend local field trials. Each puppy leaves with a thorough health record along with guidance on balanced nutrition, socialization and training for life on both field and family adventures.
