Chestin Hagen brings a family legacy to the program, as a second-generation breeder whose mother, Patricia Hagen, founded River Oak Cavaliers in 1989, giving the program more than 25 years of AKC champion bloodlines to draw from.

Health testing is a central priority. All dogs carry OFA-certified heart-clear status, and the program tests clear for curly coat and dry eye syndrome as well as episodic falling.
