Gavin's Point Labs
Gavin's Point Labs raises AKC fox red Labrador retrievers in Bluff Dale, Texas, a rural community in Erath County roughly an hour southwest of Fort Worth. Chad Lacey runs the program with an emphasis on home-raised puppies that are well socialized from an early age.
Health testing is a consistent part of the breeding program, with parent dogs required to meet OFA hip and elbow standards of good or better before being bred. Families searching for Labrador retriever puppies in Texas will find that the focus here is on producing dogs sound enough in structure and temperament to fit either a working or household role.
