Freerangesphynx is Angela Orton's home-based sphynx cattery in Nampa, Idaho, situated in the Treasure Valley about 20 miles west of Boise. Angela began breeding sphynx in 1997, giving the program more than 28 years of continuous experience raising hairless cats.

The cattery is registered with both TICA and CFA, and kittens come from grand championship bloodlines with HCM health testing built into the breeding selection process. Over the years, the program has expanded beyond standard sphynx to include elf, bambino, and dwelf lines, and is one of the few programs to offer polydactyl traits across all four varieties.

Cats and kittens are raised inside the family home rather than in cages or a separate facility, with an emphasis on daily human contact from birth. Each kitten is spayed or neutered and receives infant vaccinations before going home, backed by a written health guarantee.
