First Knight Miniatures

First Knight Miniatures has been raising miniature horses in Spurger, Texas, since KC Pappas founded the farm in 1985 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, carrying the program's standards across decades and eventually to Deep East Texas, not far from Beaumont. Now operated by KC alongside her daughter Stephani, the farm has built a show record spanning more than 30 years of focused miniature horse breeding.

The program's stallions and mares have earned titles at the highest levels of the discipline, including a three-time World Grand Champion stallion in First Knights Lord of the Ring and multiple World Grand Championships and futurity wins through horses such as First Knights Return of the King and First Knights Redi or Not. First Knights Billy Idol became one of the more influential futurity sires in the breed nationally.
