Fiber Meadows Alpacas raises huacaya alpacas in Sedro Woolley, Washington, a small town at the foothills of the North Cascades, roughly 90 miles north of Seattle. Dean and Pamela Hiestand operate the farm, which maintains both breeding stock and herdsires drawn from champion bloodlines.

The herd includes animals tracing back to multi-champion lines, among them offspring of an eight-time champion female known for producing multiple champions across generations. The farm is a member of the Alpaca Association of Western Washington and the North Sound Alpaca Association, connecting it to the broader Pacific Northwest alpaca community.
