Empty Arms Farm

Empty Arms Farm, Scottish Highland cattle, Rexburg, Idaho, is nestled in Madison County and the Teton Valley near Idaho Falls. Tina Scoggins is a member of the American Highland Cattle Association and has over a decade of breeding experience with documented health testing. Calves are raised in open pastures with daily handling to ensure a calm temperament and early socialization. As part of a mission to preserve rare bloodlines, the herd includes foundation stock sourced from historic herds in Scotland.

The farm’s rolling fields of native grasses offer a natural diet, and animals receive routine health checks and shelter in well-ventilated barns during winter. Several herd sires hold regional show ribbons, reflecting attention to breed standard and landscape adaptability. The operation began as a small homestead in 2010 and now supports sustainable conservation grazing projects in the region.
