Empee Affenpinschers, Pomeranians and Yorkshire Terriers is a show-focused kennel based in Oakley, California, operated by Mario J. Panlilio, Jr. in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. The program spans three toy breeds — affenpinschers, Pomeranians, and Yorkshire terriers — with an emphasis on conformation competition at the highest levels of AKC showing.

Mario brings nearly four decades of experience in the show ring to the kennel. Over that time, the program has produced the Top Winning Grand Champion and Top Specialty Winning Pomeranian in the USA, as well as noted Yorkshire terrier champions that have placed in South America and Russia. On the affenpinscher side, the kennel made history in 2023 by bringing the first breeder-owner-handled affenpinscher to the number-one spot in breed in the 21st century, and held the title of 2024 Top Affenpinscher in all-breed competition. In recent years, the program has consistently placed multiple dogs in the AKC's Top Twenty affenpinschers nationally.

With more than 40 champions bred or owned across Pomeranians and Yorkshire terriers alone, this is one of the more decorated small-breed show kennels among affenpinscher and Pomeranian breeders in California. Litters are intentionally limited, reflecting a selective approach to each pairing.
