Deor Papillons

Deor Papillons is a Papillon breeder in Saint Louis, MO, serving East-central Missouri and the Missouri River valley near Kansas City. Deborah O’Reilly has been raising Papillon dogs for more than a decade and maintains membership with national kennel clubs and local breed enthusiasts’ groups.

Each puppy comes from parents screened for patellar luxation and eye health, with veterinary checks and up-to-date vaccinations before joining their new families. Puppies are socialized daily in a home environment, interacting with family members and other household pets. The breeding program follows a lifelong commitment to each dog’s wellbeing, with updates and support offered beyond the typical placement period.

Home visits and community events reflect O’Reilly’s belief in responsible breeding and the importance of transparency throughout a Papillon’s early development. Adult dogs live indoors with regular access to a securely fenced yard and enjoy daily exercise and play sessions. Several puppies from recent litters have begun volunteer visits with a local senior care facility.
