Dawn Holterman

Dawn Holterman, Nigerian dwarf goats, Columbia, Missouri, has maintained a family-run herd in mid-Missouri near Jefferson City for more than ten years. She holds membership in the American Dairy Goat Association and follows a strict health testing protocol including CAE, CL and Johne’s screening to ensure herd wellness. Each kid is born in a clean stall and raised on pasture at sunrise, receiving daily handling to encourage calm, confident temperaments.

Her does have earned titles in ADGA show rings and her farm is active in local 4-H events each summer. Dawn also welcomes school groups for educational visits to introduce children to sustainable small-farm practices. Feedback from recent placements highlights the friendly, people-oriented nature of her goats and sound structural confirmation in mature stock.
