Daniels Gap Highlands

Daniels Gap Highlands, Scottish Highland cattle, Millers Creek, NC in the foothills of the Blue Ridge near Winston-Salem. Peter Daniel has bred Scottish Highland cattle for more than a decade, participating in the North Carolina Cattlemen’s Association and following pasture rotation practices to support soil health and forage quality.
