Susan Cochran's connection to the breed goes back to a tri-color female she received as a Christmas gift that year, bred by established show-quality breeders, and that early experience shaped the direction of the program. Easley sits in the Upstate region, roughly 20 minutes from Greenville.

Cavalier King Charles spaniel health testing is a documented part of the program, with vet references available.
