Chelsea's Chocolate Factory

Chelsea's Chocolate Factory, Labrador retrievers, Fallston, MD, is family-run, located in Harford County and the Chesapeake Bay near Baltimore. Owner Walter Rupp has been breeding Labrador retrievers for more than a decade and maintains membership in recognized breed clubs, with regular hip, elbow and eye health screenings on each litter, as well as annual cardiac evaluations.
