Casa De La Bahia Dogo Kennels raises Dogo Argentinos in Los Fresnos, Texas, in the southern tip of the state near Brownsville along the Gulf Coast. Victor and Araceli Echavarria started the kennel after getting into the breed in 2017, founding the program with a commitment to producing dogs that are functional, structurally sound, and well-balanced.

The kennel's founding females came from Criadero Milcayac, a respected Canadian program, giving the bloodlines a strong pedigree foundation from the start. The program has since grown to include championship-line dogs, among them a Grand Champion sire who placed second in breed competition at Westminster in 2021.
