Carolyn's Croft

Carolyn's Croft raises Wagyu cattle in Fort Lawn, South Carolina, about 30 miles south of Charlotte, North Carolina. Run by Warren Earl alongside a small crew, the operation got its start in early 2024 after Warren transitioned from years of industrial work and purchased land he set out to clear and develop from scratch.

The property came with dense overgrowth and several natural springs, which the team managed by building a pond and routing the spring water underground. The herd is intentionally kept small — capped at around twenty head — with the goal of prioritizing animal quality over volume.
