Brian Motes, Nubian goats, rural Oklahoma, south central Oklahoma near Oklahoma City. He has been raising registered Nubian goats for more than ten years and maintains membership in the American Dairy Goat Association and the Nubian Goat Association. Each kid is handled daily from birth in open-air pens with straw bedding, building a calm and approachable herd.

The homestead operates on rotational grazing across 15 acres of mixed pasture and orchard, providing balanced forage and natural shade. Brian focuses on gentle socialization to develop friendly temperaments and strong mothering skills among does, while young goats spend time with family members to build trust. All goats undergo regular health screenings for CAE, CL and Johne’s disease, with vaccinations and hoof trimming on schedule. Milk is tested for butterfat content and supplied to local artisans for cheese and soap production. Kids are placed with local homesteaders who continue daily handling and herd integration.
