Brenda Jones

Brenda Jones and Kevin Jones raise Romney sheep in Veneta, OR, in Lane County and the Willamette Valley near Eugene. They have been breeding Romney sheep for over a decade, are members of a recognized breed registry, and follow breed-specific health testing protocols. Their small-scale flock is raised on open pasture, rotated through well-managed paddocks to support pasture health, and receive daily handling from an early age.

These sheep graze alongside seasonal vegetables, contributing to rich natural fertilization on the farm. With a focus on fleece quality and maternal traits, they have produced lambs praised for gentle temperaments and wool density. Visits to the farm are by appointment, where prospective owners can see the facility and meet both sheep and those caring for them. Each young lamb is carefully socialized with family and other livestock before joining its new home.
