Black Moon Rottweilers And New Moon French Bull Dogs

Black Moon Rottweilers and New Moon French Bull Dogs has been breeding and showing rottweilers in Addison, New York since 1986, making it one of the longer-running rottweiler programs in the Southern Tier region, about 20 miles southeast of Elmira. Virginia Finis founded the operation and later expanded it to include French bulldogs under the New Moon name.

The rottweiler side of the program draws on European bloodlines, with all breeding dogs health tested for hips, elbows, and heart. Puppies are handled from birth and socialized alongside the family and other animals in the home. The French bulldog program follows a similar approach, with health-tested parents, AKC registration, and home-raised upbringing aimed at producing dogs that are correct to the French Bull Dog Club of America standard.

Together, the two programs offer rottweiler and French bulldog puppies in New York from a single breeder with decades of hands-on experience in both conformation and companion breeding.
