Beeblebrox

Beeblebrox is a lykoi cattery run by Desiree Bobby in Michigan, situated along the Lake Huron shoreline near Port Sanilac, roughly an hour north of Detroit. The cattery has been active since at least 2007 and focuses on the preservation and betterment of the lykoi breed alongside sphynx and Donskoy cats.

Breeding adults are scanned for HCM annually by a board-certified cardiologist, and all kittens leave with a full panel of veterinary checks at six, nine, and twelve weeks, age-appropriate vaccinations, FIV/FLV testing, fecal parasite screening, pre-op bloodwork, a lifetime registered microchip, and CFA and/or TICA registration. Desiree also conducts PCR testing on asymptomatic breeding cats to proactively catch and address any gastrointestinal concerns. The cattery is USDA licensed and holds a BBB A+ rating.

Beeblebrox produces lykoi in a wide range of colors — including black roan, blue, white, bicolor, red, chocolate, tortie, tabby, pointed, and odd-eye variations — and actively outcrosses to broaden genetic diversity within the gene pool. Kittens are raised in a home environment and go home between fourteen and sixteen weeks. As a CFA Mentor Associate for the lykoi breed, Desiree also offers mentorship to select aspiring breeders, making Beeblebrox a well-regarded source for lykoi kittens in Michigan and beyond.
