Ay Raam Farms, LLC raises purebred Australian shepherds on a family farm in Kingsbury, Texas, in Guadalupe County about 30 miles east of San Antonio. Rachel Armstrong runs the program, which registers its dogs with both the American Kennel Club and the Australian Shepherd Club of America.

Adult dogs in the program receive hip and eye evaluations along with routine cardiac testing.
