Arrow Papillons

Arrow Papillons, dedicated Papillon breeders in California, CA, proudly serve families throughout Northern California near San Francisco. Michael Philip has been breeding Papillon for more than a decade, holds American Kennel Club membership, and conducts routine health testing, including genetic screening for patellar luxation and cardiac function.
